Now seriously. When I say I want to get into politics I don't mean I wanna be a public figure or anything like that. I'm just thinking that since I know some people there and they're actually offering me to work with them I will give it a shot because it'd be really nice to get a job related to the municipal government (there's good money there).

The vast majority of people in politics nowadays, well hell, probably 99% of them, are only there for rent-seeking purposes. It's a piece of cake once you get elected, and they you have all your buddies to get in with once you're voted out.

I'm well aware of that Nothing is certain at this point though, but I already take that into consideration. Anyways, I would never stay in politics for too long, I just wanna make a few bucks for a while until I have enough to start my own business.
