I'm seriously jealous, got a new tattoo on Monday and can't go near the gym for a few more days

What are you doing mainly, cardio or weights or mixture?
I'm doing a mixture. Was supposed to start a stronglift programme, but I don't have the budged for it this month - with all the changes in diet it requires. So I'm just doing three 2 hour trainings per week. Start off by running 5 km, compound workout for the entire body, extensive ab and core workout and then I finish it off with 10min of tabata rope jumping. Everything hurts.

Wow that really is a mixed bag, fair play to you for the commitment though. It is an irritation though that being healthier and trying to better yourself physically can be such a strain on the wallet sometimes.

My workout is so basic in comparison, I kind of wing it for the most part, though i know what workouts ill do before i go in and how much weight im at, or reps i need to perform
