Doc is pushing me to get an ultrasound despite being 98 percent sure this swollen lymph node thing is nothing.
Do it, don't be a pussy.
He's really just covering his arse, I wouldn't be too worried.
Exactly, do you know what MedMal is?

My father is an attorney, doctors fucking up put bread on the table growing up.
Would it be a bad choice to drink?
    Why is this a question?

I suppose there is more a culture of that in the US, but over here you do see massive payouts for failures.

    What do you mean?

For the doctors screwing up, right?
Claimants, legal action, etc. It only seems in the last few years that we have caught onto it over here, although there has always been compensation for serious medical errors.

Insurance companies can be the fucking devil sometimes. I read somewhere that the reason hospital bills are so high is because they will refuse to pay the full amount and always shortchange them, thus hospitals increasing prices just to get a reasonable payment.

I don't get that, are you saying that's negative?

Because it's not, that's why there is a free market economy.

There are 20 insurance companies versus one.
2008 crysis showed how poor economy system is
, and look and the number of the worldwide debts, one day that bubble will explode and we all will be fucked

In soviet russia you had to pay black money or trade some stuff to really get good treatement. For basic stuff, yeah it was free, but the quality was nothing good. You get what you pay for. Soviet russia was such a scam, it was all ideas and nothing worked in practice, just a beautiful picture, while everything underneath it was rotten.
