Thanks for posting that, that was highly amusing, funny rhetorics and collection of stereotypes (like all stereotypes, some truth to it). He is obviously overdoing it to be provocative, and generally simplifies (duh, just an article, prolly goes in depth his book) , but he isn't too off the mark in some. But the crux is, it's not Scandinavians or nordics who fantasies about the region as an utopia, but outside world (mainly brits, have some kind of pathetic fascination), so its kinda funny reading some of those stereotypical critique like we should take it to heart. Or I would if I was norweigan, was most brutal with them lol, while with others it was more like lighthearted entertainment piece.
