It bloody is. This interview has been going on for almost 2 months, and they take between 3-8 days after every interview to get back to me. I don't want to live on this planet anymore.

Unless you are interviewing for a government position with clearance, etc. then I would understand the multiple rounds but these companies are just ridiculous.
