If you like the show, then definitely give it a go. The movie is nothing compared to the show though, but its better than all those pretentious fake comedies that hollywood produces in recent years.

I've seen some Curb, watchable but nothing more. If it is running and there is nothing else I can watch it....with some annoyance though.

Jack, The Wire is great. The realism and detail depicted in it make is special. The pace is generally slow, but sitting through it is definitely worth it.
