    i work out, clothes get sweaty, i put them on the floor and they don't dry.

    i don't see what using a deodorant has anything to do with it. which i do use.
    They don't dry because in order to dry, the ambient air has to generally be warm, so it absorbs moisture, and have air movement. Basements have cool, dry air, which tends to be stagnant, all of these prevent drying.

    ok, but i don't have a washer and dryer available.
    Okay, I can help you out, but I need you to answer these questions.

    1) Do you have a private entrance/exit? One which no one else will use?
    2) Do you use the same clothes to work out in every time?
    3) Do you have your own shower?

    1. yes but it falls into the main street by which mad people walk by every day so hanging shit out there is a no-no
    2. I switch them up but I guess I could use the same
    3. No, I share it with two other dudes

    Okay, hang them out of the window or something. Also, use the same clothes each time, and wear them into the shower and rinse them off with soap as a poor man's washing machine. You just have to find some place to hang them which has ventilation...
