I've slowly slipped into old habits again and started buying cigarettes. I had given up for a good few months, but still had a few when I was out drinking and now I've gone full time again, really annoyed with myself (smoking as we speak )
for a couple of weeks there I used to buy a couple of beers just so I could stick to my ''only smoke when I drink'' rule, shameful really, I was only fooling myself

Memorial Day is a pretty lazy day, normally dedicated to the prelude to a summer holiday and backyard barbeques. But you being in NC should be up for a treat. NC has a serious BBQ culture, which is different from that in other nearby states. Sometimes they get out a whole pig and go to town on that thing on a skewer for hours.
So def check out a local BBQ. And def do act like the BBQ in NC is different than anywhere else in this country.
Oh hell yeah. Have some Carolina BBQ pulled pork with slaw on a fresh bun, perhaps some collard greens, and Jack Daniels. That's what everyone should be doing on Memorial Day.
Or, if you can't have BBQ but you're still in North Carolina, find yourself a big old black queen named Lakeisha and have yourself some real pulled pork.
