@Sheil Yerbouti anu suggestion for apps which save battery life? My new phone barely makes it through the day.
Try this: http://androidtrickz.com/android-tips/how-to-increase-battery-life-of-htc-one-x/806/

You can skip step 1 of course. The rest should be ok.

Imo, the highest battery drainers are the screen and background app syncing along with Wi-Fi and GPS being enabled when not in use. So reduce brightness and screen timeout limit, turn off auto sync for apps that you don't use frequently, enable Wi-Fi, Bluetooth & GPS only when needed. That should help.

Listening to Bleed by Meshuggah on my new replacement a-Jays Three earphones. :sheik:

Thanks lads

It might be draining faster than expected because I can't seem to put it down, it's gorgeous. :D
:D

If you decide to root your phone, then you can install custom ROMs that are better battery optimized. Many of them allow underclocking the CPU during idle states so that it consumes even lower battery.

I did yesterday :D. Any progress regarding the overear headphones you were looking into?
I ordered the HD 558 2 days ago. Should get it by the weekend. I opted for the Sennheiser cos the a-Jays incident reminded me how important warranty support and service are. Sennheiser have great support and service here. It was a no brainer considering they were gonna be the most expensive headphones I've ever bought.

If only the Audio Technica M50 was available here officially!

Like daft punk, yeah :D . I listened to Lateralus when i first got em. Felt like i had never heard the album before.
Really? :tuttosport: Fuck, I might start with 10,000 Days then!

I didn't wanna get it from eBay. Besides from what I checked, AT didn't have a good presence in India in terms of service. Didn't wanna take that chance.

Listening to Blind Faith by Dream Theater. This shit is so crisp! :touched:

Way overpriced for the category Sheil was shopping in. They tend to break easily too :p
I broke my budget when I went for the 558. Never wanted to pay more than Rs. 10k(about $180) for my next headphones. Was willing to go for the M50 only because they were HIGHLY recommended as excellent value for money.

Hell, I never even considered getting headphones until James posted about his. Fuck you James! :D
