Had a massive row with a friend last night, or rather she rowed at me, and I'm still not entirely sure why. But I'm thinking of breaking it off.

One of those weekends I was thinking of hitting up Goa, however. (Among other things, I'm curious to see how my immersion in Portuguese culture manifests itself there.)

The incident is a long story, but it all comes down to how I am tired of being treated like shit and having to do everything around her schedule. It makes her violently angry that I don't own a cellphone, and thus am not On Call for her every whim. We needed to meet up for something this weekend, I suggested a time and a place but that was no good as she cannot plan for anything in advance. Every time I suggested an exact time or place, or even me coming to her house so she wouldn't have to go out, it was no good for her. She needs to be the one in control, and it needs to happen on her schedule. I really don't get it.

So, I'm done.

You'll be able to find it easily in Bangalore. Asif may know some nice places. Fuck Goa man, go to Gokarna. Amazing place. Not that much commercialized as Goa and if you like some trekking it's perfect.
