that sounds a lot like here, but i have to say we have it a bit better for sure. i agree with how you feel regarding being able to find greener pastures but it takes time i suppose to recover from a war bro. enjoy yr stay there though, its nice to be surrounded by family to be honest as for the weather thats probably the biggest downside to yr trip, but you r curing it perfectly i'm guessing at night it gets cooler so thats sth to look forward too. i'm doing alright not bad, pretty hungry at the moment but should be having my meal with my friend and his newly wed wife so it should be a pleasant time. enjoy yr holidays bro

yup that first work out and its after math are surely the main road block to ditch keep going kate. in all honesty and i'm not pulling a sheik here but you look slim in yr pics but working out to maintain that slimness is a good thing. you see i did the opposite of that until one day i woke up and discovered the belly i some how acquired
