Nah I was just joking. I am not even Muslim. Once though I did an Ramadan-like fast. That was just torture. :D Oh and when I broke fast on evenings I restricted myself to only vegetarian meals on top of that.
I know :D Ah well i did have some peeps around me that did fast for fun (and to get slim in case of girls) But it indeed is a torture for the ones not used to it.

......

Seher time. Time to fill the tummy.

Later guys! It was good to see you after a long time.

I know females sometimes do it just to have a reason to go on a diet. Fasting isn't healthy at all though. No reason to do it except for religious reasons but even then, I think it's better to donate to charity or something.

At the time mine were for spiritual reasons. I had decided to do a more extreme version of our fasting (which is just to stay away from meat) by combining it with the Islam way of fasting which was not to eat all day. I allowed myself water though.

I agree with you though, charity is always good.

Thanks. It wasn't any special occasion (Divali, Shivratri, etc.) for me though, I just did it on my own.

But not of one's health.
Well.... :D Lol I was going to say something but that would just be another low jab at religion and I have delivered enough already. :p

I gained weight almost every single Ramadan...:p

Anyone who gets sick must pretty much stop fasting. Its usually just adjusting difficulties in first days or week instead of the whole month, in terms of getting light headed and need to get used to drinking more then you usually do (because thats the most draining part of it) when not fasting.
