At the same time I met my current boyfriend and dated him. I kind of felt the French one was way too good to be true, and knew that my boyfriend would be a wonderful partner, and he is :)
You made a good choice then :again!

Now for both you and Sheik...

Uncle Benjen? Jon Snow? Where is his wolf? I''m sorry i can''t control myself and i dont want to spoil the Game of thrones thread with all my burning questions!!!

He's kind, warm, funny, we never run out of things to talk about, and I know he honestly cares about me :) French boy and I didn't have very similar interests, or come from lifestyles that worked well together. I think it would have become a problem.
:touched:

I'm not sure. I know that Arya's wolf was killed for biting Jeoffrey, but I can't remember Jon's.

He either left it in Winterfeldt when he left to join the Nights Watch, or left it in the Nights Watch when he set out into the wild. I'm leaning towards the former, cos I don't remember seeing it in the Nights Watch.

Anyway, I'm off to watch Abe Lincoln: Vampire Hunter with a mate. See you guys later.
No no he was with them when they went out patrolling, but when the night fell the wolf was gone. Maybe he's gonna save Sam :D

Spoiler that shit FFS. It's disturbing.
Maybe it's because I haven't had a dog for a pet in years, but that was no more disturbing to me than the typical pig slaughter. I guess the real test would be Martin's opinion, knowing what he thinks of pets.

You Europeans are always behind...
That was 1am my time. What does that make me? :D

I think I saw a pic with her tagged on Facebook the other day. Other than that, nothing. The forum does miss a bit of bling with Christina gone and a bit of life when Sab's not around :frown:
Ahh, sad but true.

Sounds like a great experience, but also a great decision for you in the end. You don't seem the WAG type anyway. ;)

She got annoyed after he got himself sent off in the World Cup final.
 Except she said French, not Algerian.

A part of me wishes James had come along a bit later, so I could have had some ridiculous fun with this one, but oh well. His wealth was completely from his family, he was no one important by any stretch of the imagination.

Oh, you're not talking about me.

:depressed
Was it the bit about caring about me that made you realise it? ;)

So an old boss of mine was on NPR yesterday to talk about Marissa Mayer taking the Yahoo CEO job:
http://www.npr.org/2012/07/17/156933071/all-eyes-on-yahoos-new-female-ceo?sc=tw

My old boss, Robin, is one of the coolest women on the planet. And a lion too -- she could obliterate 16 guys in a boardroom versus just her as the lone woman. The radio brief mentions that she founded Parenting magazine, but they also leave out that just before that she worked at Penthouse. (True story.)
