'The Project' is going alright. I'm trying to get everyone's signatures to close a $1M seed financing round. What a headache. Even opening the corporate bank account -- crap like getting a Certificate of Qualification in Cali from the state of Delaware (where the one US state where we're incorporated tells another that we're a legit business) -- turned out to be a lot more hassle than I expected. You'd think we were opening a loan, not a business checking account. That said, it's going OK so far.
