i interviewed someone today, and honestly what we really look for is someone who is confident hungry and organized, the rest just comes together. Basically if you 're interviewing with your future boss, communicate to him that you will step right in and quickly be part of the team and make his life easier. And i really do believe you possess those traits.

Yeah, I try to exude that, but I keep getting used as a negotiating piece. This job is kind of cool. I'll be working as a GIS (geospatial information systems) analyst in an IT department. I'm good at it, but I don't have much experience.
