No, she thinks I don't care about her now.

She loves him and doesn't want to leave him. But she has feelings for me apparently, back then she even said she loves me.

I know her so I don't think she's lying. But what she's doing is just crazy. She wanted it to stop (us texting for over a year like we're together) but she always comes back later when we do stop. Might be funny for her, but it's killing me.
What I am about to say will sound harsh but I think it needs to be said. Just drop her before she sucks the life out of you. Regardless of why the bottom line is that she is using you. Pretty sucky of our species I know but to use seems to be our nature somehow. :disagree: The quicker you accept this reality is the quicker you'll move on. You're thinking with your heart right now and the best advice I can give you is that rope that sucker down with your brain. Plenty other fishes in the sea D.

went for the interview, got the job. BUT:

1. starting pay is around RM 300 less than the minimum starting pay I am willing to consider.
2. Boss assured me, however if I am reasonably good, after 2 years, my salary will not be lower than market value.
3. The company doesn't do bonus, but share 25% profit with the staff.
4. The plus side is the office location, premium and close to home.
5. Boss requires (unwritten) commitment of 3 years - says 2 years will be spent in training me for finance since I am of engineering background, and another year of me actually utilizing those skills.

I think I won't take it.

Rising sallary after two years. Sounds unpleasant a little bit =)
Share profit. I don't know how it is common in your country. But in Ukraine every middle or small company struggle to lower their annual profit in any way in order to avoid paying high taxes. So sharing profit with the staff as an advantage sounds a little bit suspicious =)

3 years commitment is a big deal. Especially when it's a field you may or may not like. I'd say good decision to avoid it. You are not considering engineering jobs?
