pepsi aint so bad, definitely not better than coke though, but if you have nothing else but pepsi to drink just squeeze some lemon in there and it totally kills the pepsi taste

The only carbonated drinks I touch are mineral water and beer. I don't touch soft drinks because they are really really bad for you

Instead of our lecture today the module head ran individual tutorials to support our essay plans, the module is being taught by all the module heads in our dept to teach a range of issues relevant to pol com. I went in for my tutorial and he said he couldn't help me because he didn't know anything about the subject .

People are a bit mental when it comes to outcomes -- at least in an epidemiological way. A lot of people cannot get over the fact that people will engage in bad behaviors whether you do anything or not to stop it, so trying to reduce the social damage that results is a political molotov. Give condoms to kids and you aren't preventing teen pregnancy as much as you're endorsing 12-year-olds to have sex. Hand out clean needles and suddenly you're encouraging drug use. Put a dope fiend in a recovery program rather than prison and suddenly you're legalizing drugs.
