And eastern Europe doesn't? You can't take a piss in Europe without doing it on a piece of interesting history :p
Exactly, which is why one shouldn't be singled out in either direction, they all have wonderful charms.

Don't really see the attraction of coming to Scotland, unless you like golf or hiking.
Again, nice scenery and history. I love Scotland, especially Edinburgh.

Boring people, boring food, boring culture, horrible history. :disagree: - I count that as all parts of the UK.
Don't be ridiculous. Just because you're disenchanted with your own lot doesn't mean that nobody else is allowed to find charm there, and many do, myself included. It's nothing to bowl you over like the sight of the Himalayas, but the simple beauty of the countryside is definitely to be appreciated. As for the rest of your qualms, you're obviously quick to boredom.

Dude, shut your whore mouth and go to Italy!
Sure, just pay for it :D

There are huge problems, language being the most important one. As i said, conversational Italian i might learn fast but studying medicine in Italian i am not sure about.
Then there is the huge money issue.

And you are not my brother anymore  I aint talking to you. At least hustini gives kyle's number to some women.

Fine. Then don't ask us for our opinions when you've already made up your mind.

 indeed the country side is an amazing sight. i also agree in every nation there r good aspects with in its culture and history and not so much aspects. i'm not english and i've been there just once as a 7 year old but i studied intensely world war 2 in great depth in high school and i'm actually a great fan of how the normal people across europe experienced the war and i can assure u the british people during that period specially the women are sth to admire in every way.
