Galway and Cork are great for cultural events like festivals and the likes, Dublin has all the decent museums and art galleries etc but is pricey enough and filled with Dubs

What you do is take a mint leaf and a bit of sugar and grind them in the bottom of your rocks glass. Add ice and bourbon. Nice summer drink with it's hot. Right up there with an Ice Pick.
