Spent the best part of the morning making a control panel PHP 5.3 compatible (replacing all those nasty ereg and ereg_replace with preg_match and preg_replace). Furthermore the site in question used PHP Magic Quotes which has been depleted since PHP 5.3.

Oh well, probably just have around 5000 lines of code left to go through
