I thought you were 20 to be honest. :D

Now I'm not the only 93/94 born here.
U 93-ce se najbolje mece!!

Please don't ask anybody to translate you that. You'll go to jail, or him.

I don't have a wallet.

Hipster :weee:
I got my first one like week ago. I'm not used at having one, it feels weird and it requires quite a bit of space it's kinda annoying.

Ah right, thankfully there's no coffee franchises like Costa or Starbucks where I live, I think they're completely overrated and there are some nice coffee shops here which would run this risk of being put out of business if one of those moved in
If you go to a franchise of costa you will get good coffee, if you go to a centrally owned branch you wont. The audits on costa are done by the area manager who gets a bonus if they pass the audit and they have 4 a year. At a franchise the auditers don't get bonus's if you pass and if you fail twice in a row you get your franchise licence suspended and all the staff have to go for training. On top of that we had 4 other types of audit that happened once a month, we had to be perfect all the time, two of my managers got fired because audits were fail, and they wern't even working the shift. Ridiculous, but we made good coffee! The effort we put into doing, coupled to how busy we were and all the technical aspects that come with it was crazy. Every three hours we have to turn off the grinders and re-calibrate them to suit the humidity and the beans we were grinding, when we had massive lines going on. If we didn't do it and we had an audit then we get fired and if we didn't have every person in the line served in 5 minutes we could fail the audits and if we didnt have a table cleared within 2 minutes of the customer leaving we could fail an audit.

Pressure was mad, I in general didn't give a fuck - im always a seasonal worker there.
