But everyone has beliefs, Greg. It's the basis of the belief that matters. I can believe that you're wearing a red Polo shirt right now. But the validity of that belief depends on the basis of which I hold that belief. In almost all walks of life, factual evidence is that basis. But in the belief in a god, it's not factual evidence that acts as the basis of the belief. Belief is the result of factual evidence, not an alternative of it.
The problem is that people don't know that a omniscient god doesn't exist any more than people know that one does exist. It's all based on beliefs.

The difference being that the atheist parades around acting like their beliefs are the same thing as knowing, and yet they feel that a religious person's beliefs aren't the same thing as knowing. It's a double standard.

I got nothing against atheists, other than the worst of them can be as bad and annoying as any evangelical religious nut job. I just find their self-ascribed "exceptionalism" so cute. Like a 6-year-old boy trying to convince you of how much he's a big pants adult and not a child. :sheik:

Hill Groove by Satriani.
When you discover a wormhole in your toilet to another dimension, I promise it will all make sense.
I still think the problem here is differing definitions of the word 'belief'.
Was that another poop joke cause I dont get this one?

No, but you could say "I made double posts in the WAYDRN thread this morning. :pado:" :D
