Like i said in my first post about this, following certain aspects of religion can make you healthy. (Talking about my religion here since i do not have enough knowledge about others) Religions have rules about eating, sleeping early and waking up early, offering prayers that involve physical exercise, forbidding you from eating/driking/smoking stuff that can be harmful to the body. Religion also encourages you to learn combat and keep yourself healthy (now don't go off track regarding this )
