You ever been to Italy? Pasta is fucking expensive in italy, Also the efficacy of diets have to tak into consideration a load of cultural and economic factors. People living in the med countries have incredibley different lives to the one i lead and a different climate which has an impact on metabolism. Hotter weather = higher energy consumption.
Once or 20 times. Eating out in Italy costs a lot but buying pasta doesn't, and many people make their own. The ingredients are cheap. Sure, the cost is rising like everything else, but it's not at the stage where people can't buy pasta, it has to be amongst the cheapest foods to buy or make.

You gotta help me here, Kate. What's so special about his horse?
In a nutshell Roman Emperor Caligula owned a race horse, Incitatus, whom he was extremely fond of. He was in fact so fond of him he built him a marble stable. One day Caligula decided that if he wanted to create a dynasty he would have to have a son to name as heir. He narrowed down his bride-to-be to two ummmmm creatures, a woman named Caesonia and Incitatus. He chose Caesonia, however he decided that Incitatus was feeling rejected and decided to give Incitatus political power over the Empire. The horse was invited to Caligula’s feasts etc but Caligula decided that this was still not enough to appease the horse. He built him a palace, made him a deputy head priest then a made him citizen of Rome and then a senator. Eventually though Incitatus attacked Caligula and was beheaded.

Wise choice on the bride. He obviously had a look at what Incitatus was packing.

Welcome to the internet.
i feel exploited
There are lots of things I dislike though. :D I don't eat red meat because I hate it. My diet mostly consist of chicken and some seafoods. And the only exception to red meat is bacon which I have only once in a while.
:turk: Red meat is heaven, then again i'll eat anything. The thing about seafood is that it has be cooked really well or it won't taste like anything to me. And I don't count shrimp etc as seafood
