Nah it doesn't. Just hand in a ripped up bit of paper with 'no' on it.
Its about reporting conflict as a part of a larger context and reporting all aspects of the conflict and focusing on the reasons/ways to end it. As opposed to reporting it as a one sided meaningless example of human cruelty with no realistic method of solution.
It isn't that simple but thats the gist of it, in some cases it isn't feasible ie. you couldnt report on the khmer rouge in that way because there wern't two sides to that story but when it comes to things such as the iraq invasion you could report on it that way but no one did.
