Are they hard to make? I doubt there is a place which sells Trinidadian specialties in my vicinity :p
I just saw on the ingredient list that you need to cumin it.
I have tried and yes they are difficult but not impossible. What is impossible to replicate however is the flavour from when you buy from an actual doubles vendor. Home made ones are not even 1/4 of the quality or the taste. At least not the ones I made. :p

And, yes, I believe cumin is one of the ingredients. :p

Dad's a retired chef, I'll swing it by him and just drop by for breakfast when he decides to make them :D . Can't wait to try them they look delicious.
Oh by the way, the recipe that I posted up is one that I googled so I have no idea how it tastes.

Also I was concentrating so much on writing the template for the site properly I forgot to check spelling and grammar. Will edit when I have some time. :p

It's a charming website :b. I didn't notice a typo - I really didn't get past cumin haha :p
