Any and all :D Apart from the nasty North American processed cheese which is more plastic than anything else. The really smelly soft French cheeses are my favourite, then a nice aged parmesan :D
I'm pretty specialized in cheese after working in the cheese department of a supermarket. I assume you're talking about bries? Great cheese, I prefer the earthy ones, I also like Gouda a lot, Prima Donna in particular.

I meant more the St André or Muenster, the latter being really nicely stinky. There also a Cornish cheese that's wrapped in nettles which is really nice.

I have never come across a cheese i don't like, i would die without it in my life


and god yes, that stuff shouldnt even be called cheese.
