Its been far too long man. Since we last spoke I graduated, worked as a manager in a coffee shop, travelled asia, nz and usa and now im studying for an MA. Are you still at uni?

So far studies are going great. I did two test so far and both went sweet, now third one is coming... gonna be tough. Workouts are going great I can say. I had many stops here and there due to illness and injuries but results are amazing (and I don't ever say that). I feel and see gains, my shoulders and chester and getting bigger so my shirts feel smaller So gains + keeping shredded stomach. So far so good, I think I'll rip it for the next summer. Starting hardcore in February, gonna hit my best form for sure
