The uncertainty. And what I'll do with my life. I'm contemplating studying further, but my terrible experiences in high-school and college are making me not do it.
That's whats fun about it. I had my life all planned out & that was boring as hell. Studying & working full time is a real bitch, so good luck to you, you'll certainly need it.

Swagger, your advice worked. She forgot about it and everything's good now. I'll rep your pants.
If only I was wearing pants.

If the wife is prepared to have sex with you, then i don't see how it's a problem tbh.:D
There's just more Asif to love. :sheik:

Depends on what you're trying to do. Sometimes more education is a way of getting the cred you need for next moves, sometimes it's a waste where industry experience would be better.

When i used to work at this other corporate firm, some of the candidates we had to take up vacancies couldn't believe that i told them they were over qualified. Sometimes running after that phd really is a waste of time.

I never planned my life out too. Always took what came my way. But I don't plan on studying AND working at the same time.

I plan to study philosophy, but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to do right now. I'm not even sure if this is just a phase that my mind is in, and whether actually studying it would be a waste of time and resources.

Sheik just wait until next year, give it a few months & if you haven't changed your mind by then, it might be something worth pursuing. There's no point in wasting money & time for something that won't necessarily benefit you in the long run.

True. I'm not sure what I'll do after studying it though. I have no idea about the career paths here. Maybe I'll do more reading and research about it.
You can't know that till you finish your studies.
Indeed. Bigger worry is whether I'll actually finish it.

You should know it right now if your head is in the right place. If you're gonna try hard and give your best you won't fail.

If you're already thinking of potential failures then don't even bother.
That's the thing. I'm not sure if this interest is worth pursuing right now. I just hope it's not a passing state of mind. I'll really need to dig deeper and see if what's being offered really interests me right now.
Desi studying philosophy + naive westerners = Kerazy Cash Money baby.:D
That sounds right. :D

Alright, off to watch Roma-Lecce.
