Jesus mate. I don't think you need to go see a doctor. But your current course of fixing the problem is obviously not working.

Try reading aloud. Not going to be a cure all, but it will help you get used to speaking in class.

I'm pretty introverted and while I knew a lot of the answers in class and had the ability to offer discussion, I wouldn't. Not out of fear, I would just come up with the answer in my head and move on kind of following the discussion mentally.
Reading aloud got me used to hearing my voice so that actual class participation became normal. It really helped me out in debates and discussions (many of my profs took that sort of thing into consideration for final grades).
Thats how i was during my undergrad degree and during discusions in class now. I've noticed (especially on here) then when I say stuff in debates it will more often than not just end the debate or would kick off an even bigger debate.

I will try the reading aloud thing - I have a lot of reading to do at the moment lol

Thanks for the advice mate

People saw Sandusky graping some kid in the shower and another time he was on a wrestling mat with a kid doing stuff
hes not the proper channel of investigation for every accusation levied against his staff, thats why theres an HR, if he saw it himself its another story, just like the supposed witnesses' failure to notify the cops themselves.
Yes and no. This is the Head of the Irish Catholic Church problem. Knowing about it as the head-honcho administrator without witnessing it directly isn't a free pass either. Yes, he should raise the issue with the brass. But the question has to legitimately come up as to whether you're the guy in charge of your team or not, because punting on something criminal to the brass isn't exactly taking leadership either.

this is where i disagree(based on the little info we have), it was potentially criminal, and if indeed there was someone who witnessed it directly and didnt report it himself they are in big trouble. i am willing to give joe pa the benefit of the doubt, seeing as how much respect he commends, we ll see how this unravels.

and E, yessir, almost done with logistics, whats new on your end? still planning a move to texas?
