dunno mate,i make a mean lamb tajine. all the food was great but when i was hungey at work i really used to like taking a fresh pitta,smother it in (self made ) hommous,and wrap it round a lamb kebab with salata mishwiyya

man that stuff was golden when i was tiring halfway into a shift,though it did help that i out extra harrisa on it. was a great place to work as it opened me up to lots of food i hadnt eaten before like squid
