It's my Diabetes again.

I'm on something now called Lantus Solostar. I'm having trouble keeping my sugar level at a normal range. It's all over the place. Can go as low as 54, or as high as 230. It's just a mess
I've managed to be a bit "lucky" in that my diabetes has yet to send me to the ER other than when I accidentally OD'ed on insulin and ended up drinking Karo syrup straight to keep my blood sugar's up until I made it to the hospital. (Part of that might be that I didn't have an onset of Type 1 until I was in my 20s.)

Ah, Lantus. I've used that before, but not Solostar. Sounds like the lows are your real problems. I occasionally have days where a 230 would be an improvement. :shifty:

I've only been on it for a couple of weeks.

My body developed a resistance to the Victoza that I was taking.

I'm downing 2-3 Glucernas a day as well
