Woah. That sucks, but it's hardly a surprise either.
I suspect there's something suspicious going on in your Application Data subfolders. Search those subfolders for suspicious binaries with recent dates (sort by date) and delete or rename before you run your default browser. The easier route, of course, being running some malware scan beforehand ... IF it detects it.
