I'm good despite having to get x-rays done for my shoulder. I was wondering where you were yesterday.
Are you muscles sore & stiff? If that's the case, it's a good thing. It means your body is adapting to your training regiment & that you were indeed working your muscles. It's delayed onset muscle soreness aka DOMS.

Have a hot bath to relax your muscles & maybe get a muscle relaxant if the pain is too much.
It's friday & i have special plans ahead for tomorrow.
