State high temperature record for Texas was 120 degrees on Aug. 12, 1936

Temperature in Toronto as of right now is 49 degrees celcius which is 120 in farenheit.... That is freakin hot.

Mind you, that is 49 with humidity.
So you're saying its hotter in T-dot than Texas? :howler:

You need to make a trip down south son

lol obviously not everyday, but today we're having Texas-like weather and for us Torontonians it's a shock. Same shock you guys probably had when it snowed down there :)

I was just in Vegas with 120+ weather but it was dry-heat so I didnt mind at all.

It snows in Dallas every year

no big surprise but I've lived in NYC and the summer heat wave was a common thing of every summer

Yes it snows but didn't you guys get hit by a collosal storm this year? It's all relative, your average snow compared to our average snow and likewise with heat... just strange how the weather's been this past year.

Yeah we have similar weather to NYC. The highest we get is usually hovering around the 100 mark. Today is an all-time record.
