Shoulder press, lateral raises (straight arm front raise sometimes instead) and upright barbell row. Those are the best ones and most effective for me. Sometimes I add dips too, as the last exercise.
I did some others too, but others meant injuries too.
Slept for about 8 hours, but felt really sleepy. So decided to work for home. I can already tell this is going to be another hectic week at work. Lots of work, and it's only gonna increase.

Oh I don't like abs either lol. They are the most intense workout probably for me and it makes me want to throw up and I almost did last week. It's just hard core
Chest are my favorite day It's not like I hate others but they either cause me a lot of pain or make me want to die slowly but surely. Shoulders aren't bad but most of the time I do supersets with abs so it makes me want to kill myself. Doing back is relaxing most of the time. I love arms but I'm not a huge biceps fan, especially if I'm doing negatives or 21s
My results are ok, i quitted for some time because i was into running alot and did alot of leg excercises so now it's time to pump it up again Main focus goes to my shoulders and back.
i meant triceps
Wednesday is back, shoulder and biceps
