How do you feel now and how bad was that crash?

I feel like a fucking champ, I'm back able to job and do standing free weights, feels great getting back into it, I've dropped my dumbells to 10kg and my bench to 50kg :depressed so I've a lot of ground to make up especially consider I've replaced about 5kg of muscle with pure fat. The crash wasn't too bad, my foot was on the accelerator so my ankle,shins and knees were badly bruised with some hairlines. Wasn't my fault of course

That's ok, I'm used to the negative reaction all of the time for one reason or another. I still find it fun and interesting, so I guess someone has to. German is a lovely language as well, but I just haven't had time to learn it yet.

Which reminds me,a few days ago i shared a cab with this girl,she was searching for a job and i advised her to give an interview at my hospital. I knew we were not hiring but it would have given me a chance to see her again and maybe ask her out.
