Only? I'm actually proud of my strength gained. I started off with 10kgs

I did those normal and later incline. I did 6 reps... I probably have strength for 22kg but I'll do with these for a while now.

I'm just pissing you off bro ;) i'm mostly 20till 25 and i do 3 sets 8 repeats each set. Today i will do my shoulders, lower back and legs. Oh and some cardio.
