True! And I would have totally gone to the interview to see what she had to offer had I not gotten this promotion this week... I usually like going to interviews even if I'm not Interested so I can know how a person with my background is valued in the job market. But as usual Murphy's Law had to come in effect haha
As someone used to the interview game, it's good to go on these once in a while. For one, it's practice. For another, you keep up to date and learn more about what employers are looking for.

Indeed. I used to think I was real good at interviews and it turns out Im not haha, but nowadays it's harder for me because they ask me how much I make and how much I would like to make and those are tricky questions

Brooklyn, just off Morgan Ave subway station.
Ohh I thought you were in MAnhattan. I'll give you the list they told me about the best places to go at the moment and you can google them and decide!

Lit (2nd ave between 5th and 6th st)
Don Hills (511 greenwich st at spring st -that's in soho might be worth checking out if you haven't been yet)
Apotheke
Chloe
Back ROom (lower east)
The bar at the HUdson Hotel (I've been, it's pretty but that's it)
The COrner (it's an 'underground' bar because it's on the lower floor or a Chinese restaurant)
Gold bar

Lower east side, is that towards the seaport and brooklyn bridge, or above that area? I was down there today checking the wtc (the development plans look sweet) and bodies exhibition.
It's above the financial district. It's off the Manhattan Bridge between the East Village, Little Italy and China Town, though I think at one point they were all considered a part of it. Interesting part of the City.

Thats the problem, i would be in that bar now if i had more cash. I have $15 to my name until my parents transfer more money into my current account. If they dont do it tomorrow and i spend it drinking tonight i wont eat tomorrow lol. (its a choice ive made far too often this trip and ive always made the wrong one)
$15? That's like maybe 3 beers in Manhattan. Maybe.
