No bro just Whiskey, my throat hurts and i got a 10km run on sunday ,so i have to burn all the bacteria

I would like to find out if i can do it,i am very active with sports and all. How much time do u usually take for a 10 km run?

If you got threadweels in a gym ,you should be able to run it
Well my best record was 57minutes but that's nothing for skilled runners like Jack and others, currently i do it in about 65/70 minutes because i didnt run for 3months or so

Running on the treadmills is easier than running outdoors. But i'll head to the gym tomorrow and time myself
