I was like low 90th i think. Same with SAT's. Doesn't mean shit once you go to Uni though. Shit gets so much harder it's not even funny.
I thought HS was harder than college. In HS I wasn't motivated but in college I wanted to get out of there and start making money ASAP so that pushed me

Depends what HS and college you go to. Some of my friends say that their colleges are easier than our HS was.
It also depends on the program they choose.

I couldn't believe how people in my econ classes were having so much difficulty plugging numbers into formulae and drawing basic S and D graphs. If you can't do that, you must have went to a really poor high school, or else should major in alien stick figure drawing.

True, I never had anything really challenging in HS i guess.

That's a good way to look at it.

Or maybe they weren't motivated when they were in HS and didn't learn much. It happened to me with math, during HS I was more attracted to doing things unrelated to any of my classes and all my flaws appeared in college

hehe, i've heard about this. One of my friends at Berkeley says that they are secretly cutting their plans to increase black enrollment because too many come in from easy high schools and flunk out in a year.

So un-Berkeley of them.

:agree: I didn't pay attention in school at all. When I was supposed to be memorizing my times tables I cheated with a calculator. Now I don't know it off-head , still a bad habit I carry till this day. I study on how to cheat :seven:

I wasn't motivated in high school whatsoever. The least amount of work to get a B was the gameplan, just to stave off criticism from the parents.

In HS I didn't even care about learning how to cheat. I would show up to tests without even reviewing what it was about haha. I got caught cheating only once though, in psychology class. I'll never forget it
