So my Slag on China fact of the day...

A friend of my wife handles ad sales for the local CBS affiliate. They were recently approached by the Taiwan tourism board to run ads. Part of that gig is she got to go on a week of expenses-paid, guided travel in Taiwan.

So she shows us a photo of a semi-public toilet in Taipei. On it is a big sign with diagrams and red slash marks telling people not to stand or piss on the toilet seats or floors like a bunch of feral animals. The secret word? Those signs were put up for all the Chinese tourists from the mainland. Apparently they have a reputation among the Taiwanese for being the Asian equivalent of English football hooligan tourists at World Cups.
