Phoenix is like Los Angeles, but only the bad things about it and none of the good. So there's the traffic, the smog, the Dennys every other block, the cholo gang-bangers, heroin junkies, the urban/suburban sprawl, the cultural wasteland of it all. But there's no beach, no water, no model babes in bikinis, no movie stars, etc.
I was a vegetarian for two years before I came to my senses and said, "F*$# this. I am denying my inner carnivore." My body uses ATP and I don't anaerobically respirate for a reason.
That and as another poster here used to put it in his sig, "If God didn't want us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them out of food."
