well del neri's biggest failure imo is that he cant make the team play with that intensity against lesser rivals, his tactical choices havent been that bad

Indeed, tactical wise he and his system was ok. Before these crises we were creating loads of chances, but he couldn't take the team out of the crises and that shows he is no big club manager, not a strong (character) enough to overcome these crises or motivate the players. His substitutes sometimes were strange too not to forget that.
