Second wave of precip associated with the upper level low should begin to move through in another couple hours. Was hoping that the precip would fill in and "connect" to the first wave of the storm as a result of phasing and strengthening, but that's not happening. At least we should see some precip filling in towards the Southeast of the main body of the ULL once the coastal low intensifies.

Still looking good for some heavy snowfall accumulations with snowfall rates of a 1 to 2 inches per hour later tonight as this thing whips up. Still think the jackpot zones for snowfall will be West of DC/Baltimore.

Looks like we're starting to see some precip filling in down in NC and SC... good news.
