Damnit, already reports of sleet/freezing rain from Northern Virginia. This baby is trucking its way North. Southern PA could be dealing with precip as early as 4am. Not a good sign with respect to temperatures at various levels of the troposphere in the Mid-Atlantic -- the storm should be warmer than expected for us.
