Easy baked mushroom and swiss chicken:
Butter up a glass baking dish, place 1.5 pounds of thin sliced chicken breasts in dish, season with thyme sage salt pepper allspice and a little red pepper, toss some mushrooms on top, layer with 8 slices of fresh swiss cheese, mix up a can of cream of mushroom soup with a fine white wine (2/3 soup, 1/3 wine) and smother chicken, sprinkle top with a stuffing of your choice (Stove Top sage stuffing, or homemade leftovers from turkey day). Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. And you got easy-made yummy town.
