I actually think it is relatively rare for politicians to lie. They are more likely to just tell half truths, which is different.

And I consider the proper working of a justice system, which was at stake here, to be every bit as important as what is happening in politics.

You either tell the whole truth or not. I see what are you saying there though, it's good for the image of the justice system to save face infront the public eye. Otherwise if the court don't take a harsh action, then people will completely lose hope in the system. You got to keep the hope for the people, and keep them believing, otherwise once the lose that hope, then you got yourself a mad society to deal with, that is just like ticking bomb, ready to blow anytime

I'm done with work for the year. Got the rest of the year off. Gonna kill time till 29th, which is when I leave to Goa. Can't wait for that!

Meanwhile, my pc makes a buzzing noise from one of the exhaust fans. I haven't been able to get it to work. I may need to disconnect that fan, but I hope the computer doesn't overheat. Seems unlikely in this weather.
