I don't know how to replace it :p
Have been travelling a lot on my bike lately carrying my laptop. Screwed my back up big time... I'll probably start using public transport soon...

What kind of mattress do you sleep on? This can make a big difference. If you have anything wrong with your back, get a hard mattress (soft enough that you still can sleep, obviously). I've had the occasional back ache, but since my new mattress it's all gone. Point being that even if during the day you do things that are not great for your back, it matters what you stretch out on.

My bed is pretty hard. I made that switch a long time ago when I first got backaches. I used to (still do actually) have a pretty bad posture while sitting and sleeping. The sleeping bit I've fixed a lot over the past few years.

how's your day icey?
The day at work is over. I'm about to leave. Its been pretty relaxing and I finally got the mood to actually learn some work :D
