You should be asking me, since I do part of that for a living.

The chances are good if they have a unique set of in-demand skills or experience with specific technologies that are needed. I run into H1B candidates in my line of work all the time.

I use my credit card just to earn bonus points but pay it back immediately. I hate loans, but unfortunately I may have to take one next year.

Thats the only use of a credit card IMO. The only time I ever paid interest was when I was without a job. Not because I didn't have money, but I always paid my bills when I was bored at work
